How to Use

-Take 2 capsules per day after food. They may be taken together or divided out by taking 1 capsule after a meal twice a day.
-If you don't enjoy taking tablets just empty the contents of your capsule into a delicious smoothie!

It is not recommended taking Grow It while pregnant or breastfeeding unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) - An antioxidant which occurs naturally in the human body including cartilage, collagen and some amino acids.
Nettle - Contains high amounts of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that can help protect our scalp from damage and stimulates new hair growth.
Choline - It helps in countering the effects of stress.
Zinc - Plays an important role in tissue growth and repair.
VIT C - Helps absorption of Iron which is necessary for hair growth.
Vitamin B5 (Panthothenate) - Supports your adrenal glands which can help protect against mental and physical stress.
Biotin - Stimulates keratin production in hair and can increase the rate of follicle growth.
Copper - Helps the maintenance of normal hair and skin pigmentation.
Horsetail - A deficiency can affect hair, skin and nails.
